30ml 1883 Ruby Chocolate Syrup
150ml Milk
Double espresso
Ice cubes
Pour the syrup and half of the milk into the cup and stir gently.
Fill with ice.
Pour in the rest of the milk.
Add ice to taste, then the double expresso.
Garnish with whipped cream.
