60ml 1883 Strawberry Syrup
15ml 1883 Elderflower Syrup
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
120ml Sparkling Water
Ice

Pour ice into a glass.
Add all the ingredients with Strawberry, lemon slices and thyme.
Add more ice if necessary. Garnish and serve.
