Spritz 1883 syrup is alcohol-free and made from carefully selected ingredients, including natural cane sugar.
Recipe
Sour Spritz
35ml 1883 Spritz syrup
15ml 1883 Cane Sugar syrup
50ml Brandy or Tequila
15ml 1883 lime syrup
1 egg white
Pour all the ingredients in a small shaker tin.
Proceed to a dry shake (without ice) to emulsify egg white.
Fill of ice.
Shake hard for 10 seconds.
Strain in a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit peel and some Aromatic bitters.
