Recipe
BERRY VERMOUTH HERITAGE
20ml 1883 Raspberry syrup
50ml Dry Vermouth
100ml Tonic Water
Pink Grapefruit wedge
PREPARATION
In a tumbler full of ice: pour all the ingredients, finish with tonic water.
Stir well.
Squeezed a pink grapefruit wedge and let it in the glass.
Possibly garnish with mint sprig and raspberry.
