A summer smoothie, simply delicious!
20ml 1883 Coconut purée
20ml 1883 Passionfruit purée
60ml Pineapple Juice
60ml Milk
Dice two slices of melon.
Pour all the ingredients into the cup of a blender.
Add a scoop of crushed ice and mix.
Pour into a tumbler glass (or in a glass take away).
Decorate with a slice of melon and coconut shavings.
