Recipe
30ml 1883 Ginger Ale Syrup
60ml of preferred Scotch or Whiskey
Soda Water
Fill highball glass with ice. Add the scotch or Whiskey, 1883 Ginger Ale syrup.
(If you want a stronger or weaker drink, you can add a little more or less scotch to your glass)
Top with Soda Water.
Stir and garnish to serve.
