Rich in taste and intensely aromatic, Amaretto 1883 syrup has a caramel brown colour, inspired by its reference, Amaretto liqueur. Amaretto 1883 syrup is alcohol-free and made from carefully selected ingredients, including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.
Recipe
30ml Espresso
90ml Milk foam
20ml Amaretto syrup
Pour the espresso in a large cup.
Pour the chilled full-cream milk and syrup in a milk jug.
Foam with a steam wand to obtain a creamy, smooth texture, then pour in the cup.
Garnish with grated cocoa bean and slivers of dark-chocolate cookies.
