Adorned with a deep blue colour, Curacao 1883 syrup has an intensely fresh citrus scent and a pleasant sweet and sour orange flavour. Curacao 1883 syrup is alcohol-free and made from carefully selected ingredients, including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.
Recipe
30ml White rum
30ml Coconut cream
15ml 1883 Blue curacao Syrup
90ml Pineapple juice
20ml Lemon juice
Pour all ingredients in a blender, top with crushed ice up, and blend until smooth.
Pour in a Hurricane glass.
Garnish with a thin slice of pineapple and leaf, add a maraschino cherry and lemon peel.
