NOSE: THE AUTHENTIC, TANGY FLAVOUR OF BLUEBERRY ENHANCED WITH HERBACEOUS NOTES
30ml 1883 Blueberry Syrup
20ml-30ml Rum or 1883 Routin Rum syrup
60-90ml Soda water
5-7 Mint leaves
2TSP Sugar (Optional)
Pour sugar in a glass, followed by lemon and mint leaves.
Using a muddle, gently crush the lemon and the mint leaves to bring out the flavour.
Pour the syrup, the ice and the Rum.
Top up with Soda water.
Garnish with some mint leaves and lime.
Real fruits can be an option as a garnish.
