Recipe
10ml 1883 Cucumber Syrup
50ml Gin
70ml Apple juice
10 Mint Leaves
Muddle some mint leaves, add all the ingredients and the ice.
Shake, double strain and serve in a Martini glass.
Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
