Recipe
PIÑA HAVANA
30ml 1883 Pineapple Syrup
45ml White Rum
15ml Passion fruit liqueur
20ml Lime juice
20ml Egg white
PREPARATION
In a small shaker tin, pour all the ingredients.
Proceed to a dry shake (without ice) to emulsify egg white.
Fill of ice and shake vigorously.
Strain in a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with pineapple slice and pineapple leaf.
