PALATE: Flavours are well balanced. Firstly the sweet is stronger, then a slightly salty flavour which strengthens the caramel hint appears
With its sparkling gold color, Salted Caramel 1883 syrup develops the round, intense aroma of salted caramel with notes of butter and caramelized sugar. Salted Caramel 1883 syrup is made from carefully selected ingredients including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.
COOKIE BY NIGHT
30ml 1883 Salted caramel syrup
150ml Vanilla ice cream
50gms Dark chocolate (optional) 30ml 1883 Chocolate syrup
Make the dark chocolate by melting 50g of cooking chocolate in 500ml of milk.
Leave to cool down.
Pour all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour in a Hurricane glass, decorate with cookies and caramels.
