Recipe
WATERMELON COOLERS
20ml 1883 Watermelon syrup
40ml pink grapefruit juice
140ml Ginger ale
Pour all the ingredients in a Tumbler full of ice.
Stir well.
Garnish with a mint sprig, redcurrants and grapefruit peel.
