YUZU STORY
2-3 Small slices of ginger
10ml 1883 Yuzu syrup
15ml Lemon juice
10ml Tangerine liqueur
70ml Sake
PREPARATION
Muddle 2-3 small slices of fresh ginger into a shaker.
Add 10ml of 1883 Yuzu Lemon Syrup, 0.
50ml of lemon juice, 10ml of tangerine liqueur, and 70ml of sake.
Shake, and serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
